Typically, Harry Potter: Visions of Magic opens as follows:

– Tuesday to Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
– Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
– Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and bank holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m

However, special opening times and deviations are possible. We therefore recommend taking a look at the booking calendar on Ticketmaster.com. All available appointments are always displayed there daily.

The experience will be available for a limited time at TOUR & TAXIS in Brussels.

Harry Potter: Visions of Magic is an interactive art experience that illuminates the most mysterious corners of WizardingWorld™. The powerful imagery also enchants international guests.

We currently do not offer any special birthday packages at Harry Potter: Visions of Magic.

TOUR & TAXIS has an underground pay parking for visitors.
The address is Rue Picard 13, 1000 Brussels.
The parking lot is open around the clock every day.

Buses can’t park at TOUR & TAXIS, but the main entrances allow passengers to drop off safely.

The TOUR & TAXIS site has several bicycle parking facilities.

• By bus: Lines 14,15,57,88 & 89 (Tour & Taxis stop)
• By streetcar: Lines 51 & 93 (Sainctelette stop)
• By metro: Lines 2 & 6 (Yser or Ribaucourt stop)
• By train: Bruxelles-Nord (10-minute walk)

Harry Potter: Visions of Magic is not only aimed at all fans of the Wizarding WorldTM. We recommend a visit from around 12 years old.

There is no time limit for the stay.

As a rule of thumb, a tour lasts around 60 to 90 minutes.

Please contact our guest relations in advance so that we can personalize your visit.

Guests with sensory sensitivities should note that Harry Potter: Visions of Magic features background music, flashing lights, fog, motion-activated sound and video, and other media elements.

You are welcome to take pictures of your visit. Please respect the privacy of other visitors. The use of professional camera equipment is not permitted.

Pets are not allowed. If a person needs an assistance dog, please contact our guest services in advance.

Unfortunately, strollers cannot be taken.

TOUR & TAXIS offers a wide range of restaurants. We therefore ask you not to consume any food or drink within Harry Potter: Visions of Magic.

Harry Potter: Visions of Magic is based on JK Rowling’s Wizarding World™. In this immersive experience, discover environments inspired by enigmatic places in the magical community, such as the Room of Requirement, Newt’s Menagerie, the Ministry of Magic, and more.

Tickets are available through our partner Ticketmaster.
You can purchase tickets online here or at one of the ticket offices near you. Tickets are also available at the on-site box office, subject to availability and for a service fee. We still recommend booking online in advance.

Unfortunately, tickets cannot be returned or changed subsequently. Ticket orders are not subject to the Distance Selling Act and are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Children under 3 years of age pay no entrance fee. Please note that you still need a free U3 children’s ticket.

Yes, the ticket can be shown on your mobile phone.
